Kay is amazing! For months, I was unable to let go of a relationship and struggled with the sadness, confusion and anger that permeated my thoughts. Her approach is so kind, caring and inviting. I listened to the CD's daily and continue to do so, I reclaimed joy and happiness. Her methods and techniques are truly remarkable.

If you have read all the self help books, tried all the affirmations and are still "stuck" go see Kay. Real results without all the junk. She is such a nice person. Kay really listens to you and helps to make changes immediately. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend Kay!

Kay is Amazing!! With just three sessions she has helped me to Let Go of certain underlying emotions that I had and come full circle to see the progress I had made. I know now how to deal with these emotions for the rest of my life and feel really thankful for that. I would recommend Kay to anyone! She is warm, caring and her space is totally comfortable! She has helped me in ways I could have never imagined. Everyone should see Kay!!

I saw Kay 5 times and it changed my life. I had chronic back pain for 8 years after a back surgery and tried everything: acupuncture, massage, physical therapy, arnica, Salon Pas, therapy, group therapy, steroid injections, even Botox injections (in my back). I took pain pills daily for 8 years, and when I saw Kay, I was having other bizarre physical symptoms too. I went to Kay with a very targeted plan of getting a handle on my physical pain. We worked on that almost exclusively and discussed other issues only insofar as they impacted my pain. Kay is one of the most attentive listeners I've ever met. She takes her cues from you for what you want to work on and uses your own language to communicate with you. She makes you a CD each week that she asks you to listen to each day to retrain your brain in the new, more positive path you are working toward. I believe that the brain sets down grooves, ways of thinking about yourself or your body and gets stuck in those paths. I think it takes a daily commitment over a few weeks to lay down new tracks, so it's important to follow her instructions and listen to your CD each day. I read a book right before seeing Kay, which I think might have opened my mind to the experience, called "Rapid Recovery from Back and Neck Pain" by Fred Amir. He didn't go to hypnotherapy, but he advocates some brain retraining techniques that I think are similar to hypnotherapy. I had my back surgery at 25, and during the years of pain, I had resigned myself to an early old age, a life of limited physical ability and holding back my friends and family. After seeing Kay, in 5 short weeks, I literally had a whole new life, with almost no pain. I take no pain pills now, I lift heavy objects, pain is only something that enters my mind occasionally, like normal people. It is not my constant companion. I can't thank Kay enough. I know this may sound new-agey and woo-woo, but I literally tried EVERYTHING ELSE, and this is what worked.
Pros: Thumbs up. See review.

Kay helped me with test anxiety... my GPA in school went up to a 3.6! I am taking an accelerated graduate nursing program and my school schedule is very hectic... one could easily get lost in the "I can't do this"-feeling but Kay helps me achieve a balance in my life... with positive thoughts, I am able to juggle school work, a part-time job, time with my family, time with my boyfriend and still have some time for myself. Aside from helping me achieve balance, Kay has helped me let go of the negative thoughts that's been haunting me for so many years... it was good to let go... thank you Kay for everything!
Pros: Ambience, Easily-accessible, Very relaxing

I can finally sleep through the night. After major anxiety and sleep problems, I saw Kay and my life is much better now. I'm not going into my gnarly details but I had to let others know how fabulous Kay is - she is great. Go see her now!
Pros: tough love, location

Kay is highly professional and takes genuine interest in her clients and facilitates their well-being. She has excellent listening skills which she uses to assist her clients. The experience is very positive and provides tools that lead to personal growth. The sessions produce a feeling of peace and relaxation. The recordings made at each session enable clients to recreate session dynamics. I am very enthusiastic about Kay and her methodology and believe that it has a wide range of applications such as alleviating the negative impact of emotions such as grief, assistance with "letting go" of negative experiences or help with goal achievement. Pros: Very comfortable atmosphere

Kay is a deeply caring and trustworthy psychologist. She is concise and helps you get right to the core of your issues in a way that feels safe and enlightening. She uses the Emotional Freedom Technique which is something that you can learn with her and then take home and practice on your own. She also tapes all of her sessions so that you can review them on your own and practice meditation at home. Her office feels like a living room and is extremely relaxing. Kay also is knowledgeable about nutrition which adds a holistic approach to her healing. Thank you so much Kay for helping me!
Pros: Extremely Caring!

Kay Heatherly helped me find and rescue a 4-year old boy...me. For 43 years I have been plagued by a miserable past. It's very strange that something simple that I wanted back then and was denied by my parents would carry through to the present. Now that I am free from those awful memories, they suddenly don't even matter anymore, I can pursue a career that I always wanted. That 4-year old still has the drive and ambition that I thought I had left behind forever. Instead of saying, "if only" now I can say, "let's get started!" Thank you Kay. I shan't forget you helped to free myself from those hurtful memories. Let Live!
Pros: Seeing Kay is really worth driving the 50 miles round trip. So relaxing once you're there.
Cons: There aren't any, really!

Kay is very professional yet warm. I was anxious, stressed and feeling overwhelmed so I turned to Kay to help me relax and organize my mood/thoughts based on a referral by a friend who she helped stop smoking. I am so glad I went to see Kay. She helped me feel better after only the first session but each visit got better and better. She even made me a personal, custom relaxation CD which has been a godsend. Go see Kay and she'll help you deal with whatever you need help with in your life.
Pros: experienced, professional, caring
