Breaking free
by nika1321
Kay has a way of eliciting the key pieces of the puzzle and bringing them to light in a way that reveals factors at play in what may continually trip you up and get you off track. Her techniques enable you to see them, face them, understand them and move forward! In effect, her guidance helps you break through older patterns and behaviors that previously seemed to be immovable. Her hypnotic 'suggestions' tailored to my challenges have become like a 'loop' that I still hear and help myself with when I need to. I went to see her about food issues and took away alot more from the experience and our time together. A ringing endorsement for Kay!

Kay Heatherly has contributed to my sanity!
I was preparing for a professional presentation and as the date got closer my fear got greater.
Kay?s hypnotherapy work coupled with the EFT dropped me back into my heart and my senses. I was able to connect with my passion for the content of what I was to present.
For days prior to the talk, I would listen repeatedly to the cd?s Kay created to facilitate the clear delivery of the talk.
The presentation went exceptionally well.
Thank you, Kay. Working with you and receiving your support and guidance was a pleasure and made all the difference.
I wholeheartedly recommend Kay?s services for overcoming any issues that are producing anxiety --- large or small!
Quicker results than regular therapy
by ColleenOC
What I love most about working with Kay is that not only does her work and her presence help get me grounded but she also has a very strong "BS" detector. I think this is instrumental in her ability to be an especially clear guide in creating the space for her clients to find their way out of their own muck. I know that's been the case for me. While regular therapy certainly has its strengths, I feel that hypnotherapy is like the fast track for moving past old beliefs and unhelpful patterns of thinking; Kay's kind yet no-nonsense approach is perfect for getting you where you want to be.
Amazing!

I cannot believe what Kay has done for me. She has given me my life back! I've been mourning my parents for almost 20 years and I'm finally at peace. She's also helping me with weight issues, positive thinking and positive actions. I had no idea I could ever be this happy! I wish I had found her a long time ago. She will get far beyond what a regular therapist can do and very quickly. I love that she gives you a CD to take home of each session that you can listen to each day. It really reinforces what you've learned. Personally, I tend to forget from day to day, but this keeps everything in my mind and I can move forward. If you're lookiing for permanant solutions and want to make your life better, please go see her! I cannot recommend her enough! She's very caring, really listens and gets to the root of the problem. And her office is so serene, you'll feel right at home. Very peaceful.
- Pros: She is wonderful, everything is wonderful.
- Cons: There are NO cons about Kay.
Breakthroughs happen quickly with Kay
by kristinasf
I had no idea how quickly my life would transform by working with Kay! During my very first session I was able to breakthrough some longstanding limiting beliefs and immediately feel a new sense of calm, peace and hope in my life. I?d been reading and taking audio courses for personal development but this process was slow going? In such a short amount of time, Kay warmly and supportively helped me see the old patterns and negative beliefs that I?d been defaulting to my whole life ? and then she helped me to let these go. Kay is such an amazing person and hypnotherapist, and she?s so genuine in her desire to help people create a better, happier life. If you know you want to make some changes in your life, don?t struggle with it on your own ? go see Kay and she?ll help you feel better and breakthrough your issues faster than you can imagine and in such a comforting, supportive way.

Kay is amazing! For months, I was unable to let go of a relationship and struggled with the sadness, confusion and anger that permeated my thoughts. Her approach is so kind, caring and inviting. I listened to the CD's daily and continue to do so, I reclaimed joy and happiness. Her methods and techniques are truly remarkable.

Kay is Amazing!! With just three sessions she has helped me to Let Go of certain underlying emotions that I had and come full circle to see the progress I had made. I know now how to deal with these emotions for the rest of my life and feel really thankful for that. I would recommend Kay to anyone! She is warm, caring and her space is totally comfortable! She has helped me in ways I could have never imagined. Everyone should see Kay!!
Kay helped me reclaim my life
by ecowriter
I saw Kay 5 times and it changed my life. I had chronic back pain for 8 years after a back surgery and tried everything: acupuncture, massage, physical therapy, arnica, Salon Pas, therapy, group therapy, steroid injections, even Botox injections (in my back). I took pain pills daily for 8 years, and when I saw Kay, I was having other bizarre physical symptoms too.
I went to Kay with a very targeted plan of getting a handle on my physical pain. We worked on that almost exclusively and discussed other issues only insofar as they impacted my pain.
Kay is one of the most attentive listeners I've ever met. She takes her cues from you for what you want to work on and uses your own language to communicate with you. She makes you a CD each week that she asks you to listen to each day to retrain your brain in the new, more positive path you are working toward. I believe that the brain sets down grooves, ways of thinking about yourself or your body and gets stuck in those paths. I think it takes a daily commitment over a few weeks to lay down new tracks, so it's important to follow her instructions and listen to your CD each day.
I read a book right before seeing Kay, which I think might have opened my mind to the experience, called "Rapid Recovery from Back and Neck Pain" by Fred Amir. He didn't go to hypnotherapy, but he advocates some brain retraining techniques that I think are similar to hypnotherapy.
I had my back surgery at 25, and during the years of pain, I had resigned myself to an early old age, a life of limited physical ability and holding back my friends and family. After seeing Kay, in 5 short weeks, I literally had a whole new life, with almost no pain. I take no pain pills now, I lift heavy objects, pain is only something that enters my mind occasionally, like normal people. It is not my constant companion. I can't thank Kay enough.
I know this may sound new-agey and woo-woo, but I literally tried EVERYTHING ELSE, and this is what worked.
- Pros: Thumbs up. See review.
A balanced life...
by piafpiaf
Kay helped me with test anxiety... my GPA in school went up to a 3.6! I am taking an accelerated graduate nursing program and my school schedule is very hectic... one could easily get lost in the "I can't do this"-feeling but Kay helps me achieve a balance in my life... with positive thoughts, I am able to juggle school work, a part-time job, time with my family, time with my boyfriend and still have some time for myself. Aside from helping me achieve balance, Kay has helped me let go of the negative thoughts that's been haunting me for so many years... it was good to let go... thank you Kay for everything!
- Pros: Ambience, Easily-accessible, Very relaxing
