Great customer service

I had a wax with Kimberly last Saturday . She was very friendly and professional. I'm definitely going back.

Esthetician Kimberly Padgett's small, private treatment room tucked away in the Pacific Heights Wellness Center features soothing furnishings, satsuma-colored walls and "good energy"--probably thanks to Padgett's years of Reiki energy work. Her clients come here to heal skin and minor stress with facials (some including hands, neckline and back) that range from gentle to clinical, LED light therapy treatments, massage and calming Reiki. Waxing, lash and brow tinting are also offered here.

Treat yourself

I have seen Kimberly for hair removal and skin care for well over a decade and followed her when she left to start her own enterprise. Going to see her is always such a treat - even the pain of the Brazilian is worth it:) You will not find a better facial anywhere. I travel a lot, have had facials all over the country and have left each one disappointed - they just don't measure up. Kimberly's knowledge of skin and her ability to create a relaxing environment make the whole experience a great one. You owe it to yourself.

THE ULTIMATE FACIAL EXPERIENCE!

I've been a client of Kimberly's for almost 10 years now! As a male and as I enter my 40's I get many compliments on how young I look and I attribute 100% of that compliment to Kimberly! I also go to her for waxing and have had a few Reike and Spiritual Cleansing sessions with her - she's very nurturing, caregiving and a healer. Great prices and the best skin products!

Wonderful Skin Care Service

I really like visiting Kimberly. I've been going to her for about four years for waxings and facials. She's a wonderful person, gentle and knowledgeable about skin and products. It's a nice, calm atmosphere, the products used are very natural, and she's receptive to all questions or concerns. I highly recommend her.

Best Personalized Skin Care!

Everything all of the other reviews said is true and more! Kimberly gives me and my skin, her personal touch! My mind feels relaxed and my skin refreshed after every visit! My skin is very troublesome and now I am on the road to better skin thanks to Kimberly! I really appreciate her sweet nature and professional attention to me. She is also a great listener!!!

Great skin --- Delivered

Having had average skin for many years I have now come to a truly rejuvenating place for skin, soul and mind. Kimberly takes great care of my skin now and has done so for quite a while now and it has become a lot better. Besides great technical skin care Kimberly also has a great service minded attitude and a line of products that helps me take care of myself.

Let her work her magic!

I love going to see Kimberly every month. Her office space is extremely tranquil and she has a nurturing spirit. When I leave, I feel very relaxed--not a word I would normally associate with a bikini wax. Whether I am seeing her for my monthly facial, a skin emergency, or a waxing, she always takes great care of me. I definitely feel like she knows my skin. I have rosacea which is notoriously tricky to treat and manage. However, with her help, my skin looks much better than it did. At this point, I've had facials at some really nice spas but none of the practitioners I've seen has been able to match the results I get by seeing Kimberly. I highly recommend her.

Excellent esthetician

I've been a loyal client of Kim's since 1999. My skin's appearance has dramatically improved under her care. I get compliments all the time on my skin which is such a great feeling for someone who has struggled with acne Kimberly's not only very knowledgable and talented in what she does but she's a wonderful person and good friend. You will love spending an hour with her!
