and i have to say it was fun. at first i was a little skeptical, but after a couple of glasses of wine i was having a blast learning how to make sushi. i had always wondered what the big deal is with sushi chefs, i mean it's raw fish. Chef Arnelle put me straight! afterwards, we gorged on fish... it was awesome.
