Hi I am a 2 years old yorkie. Mom told me today that she finally managed to make a grooming appointment for me with Titan Kingdom. Basically I shop and board with them with no second thoughts, and thanks God, I have a wonderful mom who is willing to take good care of me. I had a very bad scratching problem before and the vet had put me on a special diet, but it didn't work at all until mom took me to Titan and they changed my life. I have no more scratching now...they selected a fish base diet for me which works out fine although I don't like the fishy smell but mom said it's good for me. However, believe it or not, there is a fish treat that I love and they told mom is freezedried. I will be going to daycare tomorrow which I love spending my days there while mom is at work. Mom works only 2 days a week, so I get to go to Titan while mom is at work. They have a webcam so mom can see me playing, running. I love the staff there, they know me by name and when I am tried they put me aside for more rest. Now, I just couldn't wait for my grooming appointment b/c I can be like a movie star again while my mom can see me being groomed over the webcam.

I like walking into a store where people actually like what they are doing, at first i thought ok what is this place. But everything looked so fun and neat. So I take my dogs there for the Spa, I love it, it cleans them in 15-20 mins, 4 mins for the bath 10-15mins for the dry, and they come out so clean and smelling so good! And while I'm waiting for my pups to dry, i get to do the real fun stuff like shop and check out all the new things. At first i was completely ignorant to what a good kind of dog food to feed my dog was [side note: my dog's have bad allergies] i had walked into other petstores and it seemed like they just shoved me towards whatever was onsale. At Titan's they asked me all sorts of questions, it was like a consultation of sorts, they actually sat down and talked to me about what they suggest and what could be triggering the allergies. I told them i would think about it. Later when i went to the vet they said they could find out what was triggering the reactions for a whopping $600. I went back to Titan's and tried what they had suggested, it's been a lil over a year and no more allergies. Not only did they save me $600, i have cleanier, healthier pets! For people like me who love their animals enough to really care about what they're eating and playing with... GO TO TITAN'S! Oh and i got the chance to meet Titan, the golden retriever who the store is named after, and I absolutely love him!
Pros: Knowledgable, informative, patient, employees truly like dogs and cats
Cons: Spa can sometimes become crowded, I like to call first to make sure it's available.
