Jumpy Fun

Comic Jumps we used this company a bunch of time the bounce houses are always clean I have to say. They offered us early delivery the day before the party at no charge to us last time because they were coming to our area anyway. I thought that was great of them. Very nice people work there everyone was friendly when I talked to them.

We had the best bouncing party!!

I called and placed an order on Fri. for a Sun. day party and the Comic Jumps Crew made it happened. The order placing process takes a few minutes and the rest is all taken care of by Comic Jumps. The bounce house is delivered and set up by their driver and the kids loved it. It's great I loved how easy this is. The driver called on their e to the house I was able to meet them at the house and tell them where I want it set up. The driver was very nice and friendly, when he came back the kids were still using it he waited while we got them out. Very easy going nice people.

PLEASE, do research with a company before doing business!

I should have done my homework before using this company!

I tried contacting Comic Jumps via phone about 3 weeks ago for my Son's 4 year birthday celebration. I couldn't get in touch with anyone (the phone simply continued to ring indefinitely) so I decided to just order through their site on the internet. My brothers and sisters came from across the state to be here. I booked a bouncer online and followed the directions EXACTLY as they stated. Sure enough, I was charged the fee. Putting the fate of the party in good faith, my family waited on his birthday for the bounce house, but unfortunately, they never came. Now, I have a charge for a service that was never performed, along with extremely unhappy relatives and a disappointed son. How can anybody who deals with services for children be so cruel? Again, I tried to call but it continues to ring in the same manner it did when I first tried to contact them. I never received any phone calls or e-mails from this company, and I am left with no choice but to dispute these charges with my bank to try and get a refund. If any of you are looking for entertainment for your children, I urge you very strongly to do your homework beforehand, and deal with somebody other than Comic Jumps. I still can't believe this disaster.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BEWARE!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! In August of this year i had my sons birthday party, so i checked online and found this place. In july i reserved a jumper and balloons. Two weeks before my party i had to cancel. So i sent an email and i called. Katie helped me she said it would take two weeks to get my refund.(I payed by credit card she has to send my money back by check) I was fine with that. 3 weeks went by no check. I sent an email katie said she would look up the account and contact me back. 2 weeks later NO call back. I called and they said they will have to check i told them they need to contact me back. 3 weeks later NO call! I call again and am very mad they said it was sent out a couple days ago i confirmed the address. 2 weeks later NO check! I call them very mad and talk to supervisor he says he can send me out another one, but he has to cancel check and that takes 2 weeks then he will send it. So he will send me another one. 2 weeks later NO check! It is now almost January and I still have not got my refund. They seem nice at first, BUT BEWARE!

Avoid Comic Jumps!!!!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I booked them a month in advance for my 2yo's birthday. On the day of the party, we expected them to arrive at 12 (as stated on my invoice) but they showed up over 3 hours late!!! I didn't think we should have to pay full price because they were so late and the party was ending, but instead of offering a discount or any other options, the owner called it a "refusal of delivery" and threatened us with a cancellation fee. At the end of the day, we were left with charges for a bounce house that we never got to use. The owner was completely unsympathetic and offered NO apologies. Spare yourself the heartache and use ANY OTHER jumper company.
