We have searched for a staffing company in SF to assist us with finding a great employee who was from a nonprofit background and who understood Raiser's Edge. We called many staffing firms and Scion Staffing actually had an amazing database of nonprofit candidates who understood not only Raiser's Edge, but the competitive edge and nonprofit background to help us fundraise and develop our database of helpful donors and friends of our cause and our nonprofit mission in downtown SF. Bravo to Scion Staffing!

Scion Staffing is a great staffing agency. The recruiters are very friendly and knowledgable and really care to make the proper fit of candidate to position. These hardworking staffers make up a very outgoing, laid-back yet professional and competent agency. They're desire to help people is their number one concern and therefore their candidates get treated acordingly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any job seeking or position seeking needs. A+

I had been to several agencies looking for a new position in sales or fund-raising. No one knew what to do with me. At every other agency my time was spent filing out endless forms and taking not-so-modern skills tests. Scion was the first agency to listen to me and treat me like a human, not a number. I worked primarily with Isaac and Braden, who have both been in the staffing field FOREVER. They were both professional and considerate. I'm happy to say they found me a long term position I am very happy with. They had so many ideas and never blew me off. I highly recommend them.

Last November, they had a position in HR for me. I didn't even know they had the position until I called them and they finally went, "OH yeah, I remembered you." I was using them for 4 months and calling them every week looking for work. They said they would give me a call about the job they had, but never did. 2 months later, I still haven't gotten a straight answer as too what had happened. All I ever get now are just answering machines. People, get use to it if you deal with them. I've gotten more job information and interviews through my own homework and networking skills then working with them.

Pros: Nice people at first

Cons: They dissapear and turn into voice mail

I just relocated a start-up technology company to the city of San Francisco and Scion Staffing assisted me every step of the way. They recommended some fantastic candidates for executive positions, facilitated the interviews in multiple locations, coordinated a nationwide recruiting effort, and even recommended a commercial real estate agent so we could find a great location for our new office. I highly recommend Scion and their recruiting professionals to any company, small or large.

The people at Scion are so professional and obviously experienced, I immediately knew they would find us the right candidates. I was wrong - they only had to send us one candidate and we hired her on the spot.

I love this company. They are staffed entirely by locals who went to school here in the bay area- have a ton (and I mean a ton) of staffing experience, and they aren't just a farm-mill staffing company like the bigger ones. Use these guys if you want to hire somebody who really has been interviewed and not just coached. Thanks so much!!

Scion Staffing did an amazing job finding us a top level leader, and also found us the most amazing executive assitant. They are very professional, and really know what they are doing. I love the fact that they are a Bay Area company!

Scion is the best staffing service out there. They hooked me up with wonderful candidates and the whole process was quick and painless. Even more exciting is the fact that the employees my company hired through Scion are actually sticking around. Thanks Scion!
