My mechanic
by GoodDoc
Ron Mifsud has been my mechanic for 3years. He did engine replacement on my Jaguar XJ6 '86, and she drives like a champ. True to the Jaguar rep., there were a bunch of gremlins in the car, and Ron tackled them all. The car has run great since he finished work a year ago. I take my corvette and my wife takes her car to Ron, he does great work on American cars too. The respect I have for Ron has endured from day one. I enjoy inspecting his project cars in the shop- old roadsters and coupes. Solid work and honest man. Barbara is manager and operates the place, she can get it done for you, and cost of repairs far more affordable than dealer.
- Pros: Transparency in his administration
- Cons: No fancy bathroom like the Dealership
Peace of Mind is Priceless . . . Auto Europa Delivers!!!
by veroc1
So, I got "stuck" with a family Land Rover (ha ha) and was searching for a place that would service the car for me and would be convenient. I know absolutely nothing about cars, and honestly, I was looking for convenience. Since I always overcomitt myself to doing things, I had to have a place that I could sneak out from the office at lunch and make it back on time. Let me tell you that I got so lucky, I've been going to Auto Europa since March (I think) of 2007 and have not looked back. Not only did Barbara and the rest of the team give me a detailed invoice of all the work they were doing, a reasonable price (I had to ask friends at least about that), but they also took time to teach me a little about my car engine. Also, any time I used to freak out about any little squeak the car had, they not only let me leave the car but would explain to me in the best way possible what was going on (or not going on). They have never done any work I didn't authorize, or suggest for me to do any work unless it was absolutely necessary. The whole team is great, very friendly and since I have been going to AE for a while now, I feel at home when I leave my LR in their hands. I know that in our busy schedules convenience is one of the things we look for, but when I leave Auto Europa, I leave with peace of mind that my car has been well taken care of and that, my dear(s) is priceless to me. You (yes, I'm talking to you) should give them a try. I am 100% certain you will not be dissapointed.

Best European Car Service!!
by WTA
Auto Europa has been the Best Auto repair shop that I have been to! The owner (Ron) is very professional, honest and does great work.( A shop that stands behind their work) He serviced my XJ8 Jaguar and took care of a oil leak that another repair shop didn't. The Staff is very friendly and I for the first time didn't have one problem with my Jaguar. I would recomend Auto Europa to anybody. They also do car RESTORATIONS! Keep up the Good Work Guys!!!
- Pros: Good Professional Work

I was contacted by the owner in regards to the review (below) and everything was 'set straight' in a professional manner and with an honest explanation as to what happened with my EAS diagnosis and the delay in fixing the problem. This was greatly appreciated, and I now feel that I can recommend their service on Rovers to anyone.
Average workmanship; poor customer communication
by vestieurs
Unfortunately, my experience with AutoEuropa over the course of several attempted repairs was quite different from how they had been previously rated. So I was surprised at their inability and lack of experience with, specifically, EAS systems (air suspension) on Rovers. And I was hesitant to write a 'bad report' - but the poor service and dishonest treatment still bothers me 2 months later! EAS is a critical part of any rover; and they are notorious for needing frequent service. When mine was having problems, they diagnosed the problem as the air bellows (springs). But they were never able to reset the EAS control unit (ECU) so that the system worked properly - so that it was fixed! Turns out, their computer diagnostic system was not as 'universal' and 'up to date' as they report it to be, and the diagnosis of the belows was inaccurate. The system needed much more electrical work which they eventually said they could not do. To add injury to insult, after misdiagnosing the EAS problem and charging me $1300 for the bellows, the owner told me he could swap out the air springs for coil springs - which would cost me another $1300 or more! Promised service never materialized, and I felt as if they were dishonest and I can no longer recommend their service. In fact, I am still waiting (2 months later) for a promised call to let me know that some EAS parts are in!
Great service.
