Greatest laser treatment!

I recently had Active FX and Deep FX by Dr. Corey Maas at the Appearance Care Center and I LOVE the result! I was thinking of having Fraxel but I was hearing mixed reviews from friends. I didn't want to spend money and not be satisfied. The best part is that you only need to do this procedure once to get fantastic results. I had my face and neck done. Dr. Maas did a combination of Active FX and Deep FX and my friends say my eyes and overall skin looks healther and younger. The results are supposed to improve over the next few months so I can't wait to see my overall appearance. There are a lot of laser choices out there these days but so far this laser seems to be the best. You need 4 days to re-coop. It's not painful, just a little swelling and redness. I still went shopping and out to dinner. My eyes had the most dramatic result- younger (a nice lift and fewer crow's feet!). I highly recommend Active/Deep FX and TRUST the medical team @ the Appearance Care Center because Dr. Maas oversees all procedures.

• Pros: Dr. Maas is a great facial surgeon and personally trains his staff. Clean and comfortable office. Everyone does great Botox too!

Great Results!

There are a lot of places with good, friendly service and a serene environment. This place stands out for two reasons: 1) the valuable knowledge of the staff; and 2) the great results. I have had two IPL treatments at the Appearance Care Center. My skin is dramatically better. Most of the sun damage is gone, along with a few broken capillaries on my nose and checks. I highly recommend this place for any skin care dilemma.

Very friendly service

The staff is absolutly warm and friendly. They always accomodate my schedule and make me feel comfortable. I'm getting the laser hair removal and after checking a couple of places, this one had the best deal. Highly recommended!

Lovely atmosphere and attentive and appropriate service

Everyone at Appearance Care Center is warm and friendly. The staff are lovely, helpful and attentive. The Microdermabrasion session I had was easy and thorough. The results were perfect! The Visia session was really helpful in figuring out what I needed for my face. The staff are helpful and provide information, rather than often times what I have found at other clinics where they are pushing one to have a service, rather than figuring out the best service to meet each person's specific needs. I would highly recommend this clinic. You won't be sorry!

Great Atmosphere

What a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. I enjoyed a microdermabrasion treatment here and noticed an immediate improvement in my skin. The office staff is so kind and welcoming....I felt at ease and very comfortable here. The space itself is calming and peaceful, yet very professional. I'll definately return for additional treatments! Thanks for such great service.

These folks at the Apperance Care Center are GREAT!

I have had an awesome experience at the Dr. Maas *Apperance Care Center* in San Francisco. I especially love the Intense Pulse Lighting (IPL) treatment, which took out so much sun damage on my face, plumped up the collagen, and evened out the skin on my face. My associates and friends have noticed a huge difference. The aesthetics of the center are gorgeous. I always feel well treated when I go there.

Best customized treatment

I have problematic acne that I have tried everything on- proactive, skin care etc. Once I saw the staff they guided me through a proper plan of care involving chemical peels and a special treatment called PDT. After one treatment I noticed dramatic improvement, my boyfriend has even started to notice! The staff are so caring and trustworthy, they guided me to less expensive services because that was what I needed to clear up my skin! I am so happy that I am getting my first Botox treatment on my next visit!!!!

• Cons: Parking and appts fill up

Street Parking is difficult

Wow! What can I say?? From the moment I walked into The Appearance Care Center I knew I had entered a special place. From the staff being so attentive to me and having a VISIA skin care analysis really showed me that this is the place too be. I have signed up for a series of IPL treatments as well as started on the skin care system introduced by the Dr. If you want to be "pampered" in a professional, medically staffed enviornment here it is!

My skin is AMAZING now!

I LOVE the Appearance Care Center! I've signed up for a series of 5 IPL treatments; have received 3 so far and my skin looks amazing. My brown spots are gone, my broken cap's are all but forgotten...I don't even have to wear concealer anymore. I know there are alot of "laser centers" offering this type of treatment...but none quite like this. The prices are VERY reasonable and the nurses are super knowledgeable, very experienced and they have great "bedside manners!" Another HUGE plus is this is part of The Maas Clinic, Dr. Corey Maas' facial plastic surgery practice...so Dr. Maas is always "in" and there for consultation. I couldn't recommend this place any higher! It's a total 10!
