I live down the street and go in to Amenity shoes as often as I can and have not once been disappointed. The shoe selection is wonderful, and I always find something that I truly love. Everyone who works there is nice, helpful, and like you to be truly happy with your purchase. The three pairs of shoes I have purchased are unique, work-appropriate yet fashionable and comfortable! After terrible experiences at Imelda's, I LOVE giving my business to owners who actually make an effort to give wonderful customer service and care about customer happiness.
Pros: great selection, great customer service, comfortable and fashionable shoes
Cons: Can't think of any.....

I love this place. Staff are friendly and the service is a no-rush, no-push model of genuine helpfulness. The shoes are fantastic--many are supremely comfortable, too. It's a real bonus to have an excellent selection of jewelry and accessories, too. Easy location by car, bus or bike. Socially conscious business.
Pros: service, parking, value, style
Cons: I guess they could do home delivery...

A friend recommemded Amenity Shoes after I was done complaining about an experience at Imelda's. I visited and was instantly in love. Good selection of comfortable and stylish shoes in a variety of price ranges. The staff was helpful, considerate and not at all pushy. I bought a pair of shoes that I love and have told lots of people about this shop. I also found some cool knee-igh socks that I love. I found at least 4 styles that I tried on and had to pick one from. I thought that their selection was great and I can't wait to bring my husband in to see.
Pros: SERVICE!!! SELECTION!!!
Cons: can be a little tricky to get there . . .

Wonderful little shoe boutique with a focus on comfortable but stylish shoes. Excellent service and lots of cool jewlery and other accessories. Wonderful location on NE Fremont. If you want heels they are there but lots of flat high quality shoes that are beautiful as well as healthy. The owner, a lovely woman assisted me herself and all in all it was an excellent shopping experience@
Pros: Service, good quality, good location away form downtown
Cons: I wished there were more colors

A pleasant and comfortable experience with sensible but stylish shoes of great quality. Staff is helpful but not pushy, ambiance is comfortable and easy to move around in even with other patrons. Good value on products, knowledgable staff with willingness to accomodate your needs. I would like to see a few more style selections in dress shoes if I had to suggest an improvement.
Pros: Nice quality, great service
Cons: parking can be a challenge based on time of day
