The nature of my works keeps me relocating almost every year. Out of the five times I moved in the past few years, this move was the best. The men made me feel so comfortable and most of all kept their promises. My stuff arrived at destination unscratched. I paid a little bit more than what they had estimated but I am sqatisfied with the results. I am happy that I found someone who I can trust. I really hope I dont have to move again. If I do, Partner will be my first choice.

Pros: Customer service, packing service

Cons: They tend to get booked fast over the weekends

Moved today. On time on budget: paid $119 for 3 movers. They relocated 3 loaded bedrooms within 7 Hr. Thanks.

This is the second time I am using this moving company. And I would to recommend their services. The full packing part is excellent and affordable. It is important to ask for on site evaluation – the visit is for free and will give you piece of mind regarding the final price. You can call them at 800-966-8380 (ask for Diya- she was my representative).

I have to wonder whether these good reviews are posted by Partner Van Lines employees. I used this company for a move and, not only did they scratch practically every piece of furniture I own, but they held my stuff hostage until I paid them an ADDITIONAL (and not insubstantial) fee because my new apartment was on the 3rd floor (i.e., 2 flights of stairs). NOTE that I TOLD them when they picked up my stuff that the apartment was on the 3rd floor. They told me it was no problem. Only after they had my stuff in their possession did the additional fee become necessary.

As a service provider I’m sure people only come to you when thing go bad. Therefore, I’d personally like to thank you and the nice crew who performed my move for the wonderful service. My moving experience with Partner Van Lines was simply excellent. I have a lot of furniture and pictures. Partner crew helped me pack and unpack the entire household. There were quick and saved a lot of time. If I ever have to move again, Partner will be my first choice. I highly recommend them.

My family, who has moved dozens of times, found that they were NOT PROFESSIONAL. The problems started right after paying the down payment of $75 prior to the move. THE BIGGEST PROBLEMS...(1) unclear and unreliable communication and (2) heavy pressure on negotiating costs. First, the movers asked if they could come 3 hours late. Then, they sent 4 movers (which costs more) instead of the requested 3. The lead mover discussed the contract and ADDITIONAL COSTS for more than 30 minutes ON THE DAY OF THE MOVE, even after the contract was secured via phone/internet prior to the move date. The movers hardly spoke English and moved the furniture and boxes with mediocre care. Fragile glasses were BOUNCED down the stairs, the desk was BUMPED AGAINST THE WALL, causing a visible dent and paint damage, and the mattress was BLACKENED by grease while being encased in their $12 mattress cover. We called their customer service rep, who was defensive and only had the bottom line of COST. There are multiple, cost-competitive local movers in the South Bay Area and I would recommend researching OTHER MOVING COMPANIES to find one who is trustworthy, dependable and has high quality.

Pros: local office, attractive website

Cons: NOT CAREFUL MOVERS, QUESTIONABLE INTEGRITY, DEFENSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Partner movers did an excellent job with my move. The crew arrived on time, were thoughtful and considerate about the job. They began working immediately, worked efficiently and continuously until the job was done. They made the whole thing look very easy. As you know moving is stressful and I felt at ease watching them work. They were wonderful! I'll recommend Partner Van Lines to my friends.

Pros: On Time, On Budget.

I used Partner vanlines last weekend for my move. The guys were excellent. I would like to thank the guys for being straightforward & professional. I was very tired of packing so much and had not finished by the time the guys came. I was afraid that it was going to take them long. The guys came in & got everything done before I knew it. They were very efficient. They packed my furniture well and brought them safely to the new place. After a horrible experience with a moving company during my last move, I didnt know if I could trust any moving company. The best thing about these guys is that they are honest, hardworking & they are nice people. I will definitely use them again.

Pros: Fast, Efficient, Friendly, Honest

Cons: None that I can think of

Partner Van Lines moved my entire 3 bedroom house from Santa Clara to Mountain View and I have to say they were amazing. They were at the time the cheapest company I could find. I took a chance on them and they really came through. Really nice people as well. The men were very courteous, professional and pleasant. I was very impressed. Overall I would say they are an honest company. I would recommend them to anyone who is moving a long ways.
