This was the very first daycare for my 3-year-old daughter since she was one. We've been enjoying their home-feeling facility and warmth of Lena (owner) and her staff's care for over a year now. I understand some parents share the concern around mother language (Russian) of the owner and other staff (which was mine as well when choosing daycare for my little one at her critical age to learn language skills). The great thing about this place is Lena hires professional English-speaking teachers to make up this possible drawback for her facility. In addition, some exposure to other language at early stage might help their linguistic development to some extent, I believe. Pretty structured learning programs and class with multiple teachers is one of the hardest thing to expect from this sort of small family-owned care facility. Discovery Land is great! Cute, clean, fun, creative -- happy kids and SUPER staff. Our whole family loves it.
