Depends on who you get

We called Progent because our mail server had failed and we needed it fixed right away. THey were responsive and we got our mail server fixed by a knowledgeable an friendly consultant. However, we soon discovered that they work mostly with contractors, so it was difficult to get the same person twice and not everyone was of the same quality - So while they are useful for short term projects and immediate issues I'm not sure they are a good match for an ongoing relationship.

Pros: Solved our problem

Cons: lots of contractors, high turnover
