Those who know go below!!!!!

by naughtygalati

"Those who know go below"....a perfect tagline for this store, which is officially Union's best hidden treasure. This boutique offers a fresh innovative element to what is missing in the S.F. fashion scene. It offers a variety of styles...from fun flirty outfits (for that perfect date) to edgy punk rock chic attire (for a night on the town). Whatever your style may be...be sure to check out this store! Just head down a flight of stairs below street level and you'll see what I'm talking about.

  • Pros: great atmosphere, fun clothes, hidden treasure

Punk-rock threads go upscale at this underground Marina women's boutique.

In Short
Are you in the market for a flounced khaki skirt with sequined skull-and-crossbones appliqués? You've just found your match. Head downstairs off of Union Street to this subterranean, studio-like clothing store. With brands like Velvet Messiah, Free for Humanity, Gilbert Gilmore and Michael H. (denim expert and adopted brother of Tommy Hilfiger), this chic boutique carries a diverse selection of obscure L.A.- and N.Y.-based designers. Top off your outfit with jewelry from local designers Form and Function.

Great new shop!

by wh0m

As a straight man im naturally void of style and fashion. I was looking for a Birthday gift for my wife and i stumbled into No Vacancy like a lost puppy. The sales girl was very helpful and knowledgeable about the current fashions and was also pressure free. I can say my wife was very pleased with the selections i brought home. I highly reccomend this place.

Not your typical union st. boutique...

by jamieking00

This place is off the chain! Probably the coolest boutique in SF. Head down the flight of stairs to check out the tucked away space filled with: flat screen, great music, graffiti, amazing clothes and accessories. This place is a must for fashion with an edge.

LA & NYC finally in SF!

by sdfoxxy

I have been waiting for a cool store to come to the city. I hate walking down Union St. and seeing the same clothes and brands in every store. No Vacancy is amazing. They have a great selection of clothes, and awesome accessories. I definately will consider this place my one-stop shop.

  • Pros: Great Clothes, Music, Patio
  • Cons: Parking

Urban Chic - No Vacancy

by lilkim_pham

If you're looking to spice up your wardrobe with some unique finds, No Vacancy is the place to shop. No Vacancy is one of the few places in San Francisco that carries hip and edgy apparel that you previously had to go to L.A. and N.Y. to buy. The two sister owners have made it their mission to bring San Francisco fashion to the next level. It's worth it to stop by, not only for the fashion but also for the music and grafitti art.

Finally something new

by mmorris225

No Vacancy is a welcome addition to Union Street. I found No Vacancy to be a refreshing change of pace, a retreat from shopping for clothes that everyone already has. It's worth a trip down there, if not for the great brands, like Morphine Generation (and many more), than for the fantastic sister owners. They are really hot and extremely helpful.

  • Pros: Service, Products, Ambiance
