They was very helpful

This company is unique! like everyone else i want good and skilled service. i tried few other companies for my carpets, mold and air ducts (my house is very old and i have so many problems with it...) but there always something missing. some problems with carpets, with remainders of mold... and that kind of small things that bugged me out. a friend of mine told me about DRYFAST and i called them to try how good actually they are.... welll they ARE actually ULTRA good! More then 5 times I'm calling these guys, we are almost 'friends' with them now. I'm so happy that my friend told me about DRYFAST!

Don't hesitate to give them a call - you won't be wrong!

Best service in the area

I never would write a review on a Dry Fast service and restoration but they made my carpet and air duct so clean and only took them a few hours to do so that I got extremely impressed. They go out of their way to make sure everything in nicely clean. They even walked my dog. I love Dry Fast and will never use another company to service me. Thank you Dry Fast.

I AM SO HAPPY

I had Dryfast come out and clean my sofa because my kid got sick on it....besides that they step on it, so it was pretty dirty. When the arrived they told me that it is no guarantee that the stains will come out since i waited so long to call them. That told me that they are honest because all other companies told me, "yeh sure we can get anything out", and they couldn't! Anyway they cleaned my sofa and put some kind of deodorizer on it for the smell. to my surprise my sofa came cleaned....I love this company!!!!

FROM START TO FINISH, THIS COMPANY IS BEST HANDS DOWN! I WOULD NOT USE ANYONE ELSE TO CLEAN MY CARPETS. THE PRODUCTS THEY USE ARE GREAT TOO BECAUSE I HAVE ALLERGIES AND IT DIDN'T AFFECT ME AT ALL.

First Green Carpet Cleaning I heard Of

Ok, first I have to say that they had my interest the moment they said they were a green company. I have 3 kids and a dog that forgets he is to go outside to use the bathroom so when I'm not there he uses it in the living room. Now the kids, they spilled juice, or my soda, just imagine all the stains. So I don't have the time, patience or desire to clean my carpet. I looked on yahoo and set an appointment. When I called they were so helpful and they scheduled me that fits into my schedule. The technician was very nice and helpful. The cleaning process did not take forever and my kids and dog were able to be in the house. The carpet looked so good that now I make sure there are no cups in the living room and that the dog goes out more often...I don't want to have to clean the carpets again even though their prices are reasonable. If I have to I would use them again.

Scary Bad

Technicians are generally nice. Owner is greedy and horrible with customer service- in fact accused me of being a "bad customer"- i have never heard that before. I was told different stories by 3 people at the company. I have never written a review online of anything before... but was so disappointed by these people i had to. I feel like i have been completely taken advantage of. This would be a good "People's court" episode.

I was told to be home at a certain time 3.5 hours ago.. and they still haven't come to pick up the equipment yet- my wife and baby are already asleep.... Feeling like a victim.

Beware!

- First they never called to confirm the appt so I wasn't sure if they were going to show. Just a minor annoyance, but it got worse from there.

- Pulled the old bait n' switch, quoting one price then it being significantly more expensive when they arrived. Woman on phone swore I didn't tell her it was a sectional (as opposed to a regular sofa) when I know I was abundantly clear and she had even repeated it back to me.

- Cleaning guy showed up with stuff to clean leather even though I discussed with the woman that it is microfiber. He proceeded to tell me he doesn't know what microfiber is.

- I got back on the phone with the woman and clarified exactly what the fiber is and the directions that came with the couch (which state in bold "only water-free dry cleaning solvents may be used...The use of steam or water based cleaners may cause excessive shrinking or staining..."). She promised they did not plan to use steam of any kind.

- Guy came back from his vehicle with, you guessed it, a steam cleaner.

- I called back to cancel and was told she "is glad I am canceling" and gave me attitude about how many hundreds of couches they have cleaned successfully but if I am "that uncomfortable" then it is better they don't work with me.

Incredibly unprofessional and certainly didn't give me the confidence that they know what they are doing. I would not trust my furniture in their hands.

best carpet cleaners

i would not usually take the trouble of writing reviews bu dryfast definitely deserve a good word. I manage an apartment building and they are the company I use for everything - carpet, upholstery, air duct, dryer vents. they do it all and they do it good! I recommend them highly to everyone!
