WORST EVER!!!

If I could put zero stars I would. This party bus SUCKED! If you actually want to have fun DON'T go to these guys. We rented the bus for a bachelorette party and ended up with the bride-to-be almost suing this company. First of all, they didn't go to the places WE wanted to go. They only went to the places THEY wanted to go. Second, they said they were going to take us to 3 bars/clubs but they only took us to 2 (it doesn't count when they bring you to the same place twice, whether we wanted to go back there or not). Third, we waited in the bus for about 30 minutes so one of their friends, who wasn't even on the bus to begin with, can ride along. And to top of everything off, one of them said "so now you know what kind of whore bitches I have to put up with every weekend". Maybe they thought we were too drunk to remember hearing it or they were too drunk to remember saying it but that is no way to speak to the women who hired you. And no, most of us were not drunk at all. A few people in our party were completely sober and they heard the comment. It's unfortunate because we all wanted to have fun and expected these "professionals" to assist with that but ended up with one of the worst experiences ever. If you actually want to have a good time without being insulted, hire someone else.

Great Limousine Service

When I hire a limousine company, there's 3 things that i look for.

1) Customer Service

2) Promptness

3) Quality of Vehicles

Think Escape exceeded all my expectations by getting an A+++++++ in all of these categories!

• Pros: top of the line limousine
• Cons: couldnt think of any!

An awesome party bus ride!

I celebrated my girlfriend's 30th birthday on the party bus and we had an awesome time! We only paid $55/person and that included tax and tip for 6 hours. We got free entry into 2-3 nightclubs and pizza for everybody at the end of the night. The first club,Suite 181, was a little sketchy, but Atmosphere and Impala were awesome.

• Pros: beautiful buses, friendly hosts, and hot pizza
• Cons: some of the club choices

ThinkEscape - makes you want to get a refund.

I have absolutely NO clue how this “business” is still operating; the management lacks all sense of professionalism, these people are completely incapable of following up and the bus that I had rented was in poor condition.

Worst Experience Ever

Our company party was ruined because of Think Escape. Please, please, please do not use their services. The bus was 40 minutes late picking us up so we were late to our dinner reservations. The driver couldn't get the DVD player to work so all our activities enroute to our destination were ruined. When we booked the bus, we specifically asked for a bus with a working DVD player. Think Escape is a total scam. Raj promised us free overtime because our driver was late, but after our event our credit card was charged for overtime. We called Raj to dispute the charges, but he was rude and nasty towards us. He has no customer service skills. Also, when we booked the bus we were told the bus would hold 40-45 people. Our 28 people were squished like sardines. Do not book a bus through Think Escape unless you want the worst experience ever.

CHOOSE ANY OTHER BUS COMPANY!

Go anywhere else! Think Escape charges almost double what the other buses charge. The high price does not include any alcohol, which the other buses do provide! The owner, Raj, does not care about you once you've paid for the bus. We took our staff from Walnut Creek to Carmel on the bus for dinner for our company holiday party. The bathroom had no working light or toilet paper. The driver informed us when he arrived (40 minutes late) that he had never driven the bus before and had no idea how to get to Carmel. We had to place a guest with him for the entire drive (two hours both ways) to ensure that we got there. After promising he would make us happy over the phone (including free extra bus time), Raj charged our credit card (without authorization) for $320 overtime because we had the bus an hour later than we agreed to due to the fact that the driver was late to arrive!!

When I called to have the charge removed, Raj told me that he was willing to fight us all the way and get ugly!! I have never been treated so poorly by someone providing a service to the public.

They ruined my bestfriends bachelorette party!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thinking your getting ready for your best night for your bestfriends bachelorette party and having such exciting feeling bragging about this super party bus that 40 people are gong to get on and have the best time?!!!` THINK AGAIN! They called me a pick up time and said they weren't going to make it and they didn't have a replacement. 40 friends and relatives coming from all over the world to celebrate and they end up stranded in 3 different locations and ruining the thing we've been planning for months. <:( Im just so sad and upset. PLEASE do not book with this company.. they haven't even returned my call for a refund after ruining the night i've been planning for my family and bestfriends specially the bride. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are unreliable and unproffesional. Not even any support for replaceable transportaion... we all had to take a cab... THANKS FOR RUINING A WELL PLANNED AND COORDINATED NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!

BEST TIME EVER

I hired Think Escape for my birthday and I had the best time ever!! The hostess was awesome. She partied with us, showed us where everything in the club was (we really had to go to the clubs bathroom ASAP), and helped us gather all of my friends at the end of the night. I always recommend them to my friends because they're cheap and definitely worth it. It was such a fun night, and my friends and I had so much fun that night. I would definitely recommend having someone else make the reservation for you if it's for your own birthday though, because I was running around stressed out before the bus arrived. You have to have a certain amount of people show up, or else you have to pay the difference, which is what happened in my case. All the people who told me they'd come didnt and I ended up paying the $100 difference =( so if anything, try to collect money in advance....
