Laundry Locker

I have used this service many times and have nothing but great things to say. It's competitively priced with my local dry cleaners and I am always pleased with the cleanliness of my clothes. I have found laundry locker to be reliable, always meeting the timeline they outline, and very responsive to my specific cleaning requests.

I love laundry locker. It is one of the best things I have found since moving to San Francisco from New York. The clothes are so clean, and the services are so reliable. It makes me life easier. I am never doing laundry again. All of the clothes are folded neatly. The packaging is also easily to handle; my favorite part is that laundry locker recycles the plastic they use. I am so glad I found out about it from my building manager. I can't imagine not using Laundry Locker. I am very happy and would suggest the service to anyone. The sevice is great for people with busy schedules who have trouble making time to do laundry...or for those who have ruined any article of clothing in the wash. My roommate uses laundry locker as well and is equally satisfied by the service. I know I will be a customer for a long time. Use laundry locker!

"RUDE!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My boyfriend and I just moved to San Francisco and we had to stay in a hotel for 2 weeks before our lease started. I looked up laundry services and saw that Laundry Locker had great reviews. It fit the bill for what we needed at the time which was CONVENIENCE. We both have demanding work schedules and the idea of drop off and pick up at any time at the 24/7 Kiosk location was appealing. Well, we went to pick up our laundry and for 3 days we could not get in because the card scan was not working. It got to be the weekend and the office was closed so we couldn't get to speak with anyone until Monday. We had to spend money on buying undergarments to hold us over. When we finally got someone on the phone the attendant was rude and would not refund us any money for our inconvenience. We were told that it was not their problem and that the owner would not care about our issue. Poor Customer Service!!! Inconsiderate!! Rude!!"

I was a little weary of not doing my dry cleaning in person, but they do a really good job and have been very consistent with getting my items back to me in a timely fashion. And, I love that they email me when they pick up my order and when they drop it off. Easy.

Laundry Loker will pick up and deliver your laundry hassle free. Exceptional service, reasonable prices, convenient. You will never make another trip to the cleaners again. Try them out.

I use these guys all the time. I hate doing laundry; they do it for me and they do it well. also, they are generous with the coupons.

If they were so great, why do they need to send out an email requesting positive feedback to be posted on yelp / yahoo/ citisearch, and offering 25% for every positive review?

Pros: convenience

I never remember to pick up my laundry from ordinary dry cleaners, but laundry locker makes it easy. I have a locker in my apartment building, so I just have to drop my stuff downstairs and pick it up the next day. No extra effort! They also give you your own official laundry bag to use with their service that has your name and barcode on it, so I feel like my things won't get lost. I liked the stickers for stains idea as well, that way I know that they aren't missing anything! They keep you updated through texts and emails during the day, so I know where my stuff is at all times. It's a little pricier than the places in my neighborhood, but if you are willing to pay a little extra for convenience, then this is for you!

Pros: Pick up and drop off where it's most convenient for you...online payment

Cons: Expensive, no good discounts available after first order

Laundry Locker is amazing! I'll never do my laundry at a laundromat again! I was lucky enough to have a personal pickup already set up for my building, so I don't even need to take my laundry to a drop off location - I simply leave it outside my apartment and it's returned there the next day! I recommend Laundry Locker to anyone who is too busy to sit at a laundromat or who travels for work as I do. I can get my laundry done while I'm out of town. They're great!

Pros: Convenience!

Cons: They can't hang dry anything
