Great product selection, awesome service, fantastic locations. Staff is so friendly and always offer very realistic product recommendations. They dont try to sell you a bunch of junk you dont need...since it seems like they actually try the stuff they sell. I like the candles, and hard-to-find stuff there too. And as a bonus, when you shop here, you get to support a local small business owner!!!
Pros: great selection, fantastic service, products in all budgets, very good staff recommendations
Cons: not enough locations throughout the bay area!!!
