Had a great time

My girlfriend and I did a full moon cruise on 11/4/06. The views of the city were fantastic, the customer service was great too!

Their boats are in great shape, staff is friendly and helpful. Definately recommend this to anyone travelling to the Bay area. Especially try this on a game night when the Giants are in town. It is a very short paddle to McCoveys cove. Wish I was going to be there for Home Run Derby 2007 at the all star game!!

The trips are mostly for sight seeing, don't expect much of a workout. Weather and current are always changing in the Bay Area. So, Calling ahead should be part of any travellers routine, Bronco11's post should not reflect badly upon City Kayak..

Make sure you call to confirm your trip is not canceled!

Booked and paid for a kayaking trip with City Kayak during Fleet Week 10/7/06 to watch the airshow. Got a call two-and-a-half hours before the meet time to say the trip was canceled. I was the on my way to pick up my friend to go there. I will get a refund but canceling two-and-a-half hour before is extremely poor customer service. Take the iniative and call up to confirm your trip is still on.
