I was showing a friend the sfoncall website and I was looking at the reviews and I was amazed that someone would say they had to wait. I never have to wait at all and I can't believe that every time I need to be seen or I send a friend to be seen they are able to get them in so quick. This is the best clinic I have ever used. The amount of time and money they have saved me is what it is all about. I never feel rushed or like the doctor has a time limit on my visit. They usually chat about work or my art. The experience is so foreign to past encounters with doctors that I can almost not recognize it and I would dread ever being sick out of state and having to go to another office.
Pros: Time saved, not rushed, listened to, great doctors
Cons: Downtown, parking

I had an appointment during the day and had to wait over an hour! There were no emergencies at the time, the receptionist commented how slow these days have been. Only one doctor was working. Way too expensive for this 'lack' of service. I've never seen such a dead medical office - yet I had to wait that long?
Pros: it's a good idea...
Cons: too expensive, long waits considering i had an appt and there were no emergencies

I called at night and got a live operator and who got in touch with a doctor right away. Within 10 minutes, I was talking with Dr. Davis, who had excellent communication skills on the phone and recommended I be seen that night. He came to my house and fixed my medical problem. I was back at work the next day. The best was that the office called me the next day to see how I was doing!! I followed up at the office one week later and had a very pleasent experience. Now this is the way healthcare is supposed to be.
Pros: 24 Hour availability - 5 Doctors and they have pediatrics and internal medicine
Cons: fee for service but the value is there!

I really recommend using this service. It is very convenient because they can come to your home so you don't have to worry about making an appointment during regular office hours. It really helps in an emergency situation. Dr. Sewell was wonderful. I was wondering what a "house call" experience would be like because it is a little unusual but I was pleasantly surprised. He saved the day.
Pros: convenient, helpful, professional
