I looked all around for the right sectional for my new house and all the ones that came close to what I was looking for were very expensive. At the Customs House I was able to basically creat the exact sectional I wanted and choose from hundreds of fabrics. The price can't be beat and the sectional is great! The owner, Brad, was very nice. My sectional was finished about 3 weeks after I had ordered it and since I hadn't moved in to my new house yet, he was able to store it for me for an additional month and a half. When I finally did move, the movers showed up promptly at the time they had specified. I would recommend the Customs House to anyone looking for a new sofa or sectional.

I was finally able to find the perfect sofa. Brad was very attentive and helpful both when I was there and then when we were working out a time for delivery. The delivery cost was a great deal especially since I live down in Mountain View, and we got the sofa in only about 3 weeks. And I love my sofa! It's just what I wanted and very good quality.

I looked all over for a couch to fit in my living room and in a color that I liked, but was not having any luck, then I found customs house. brad was very helpful with finding what we needed and helping us choose a fabric. The biggest surprise was that it was less expensive than other places, but my sofa is perfect.

My boyfriend just bought a couch and ottoman there, and we love it. We didn't work with any one named Robert but the service was great. I was surprised at how affordable it was considering we picked the fabric and size. good find.

This was a really fun shopping experience - Friendly, attentive, thorough but low key and highly professional customer service, combined with the lowest prices I'd seen, and a very large inventory to choose from. If what you want isn't right there, they can make it, and will take the time to explain the almost endless options you have. A courteous and skilled delivery crew too - Made it up 47 steps with not a scuff on the walls. We're delighted with our sofa. Thank you Brad and Michael.

My husband and I recently purchased a sofa sleeper and matching chair from Customs House. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the sofa, the customer service, and the price. We looked at many different stores and the prices at Customs House were by far the most affordable. They allow you to select from a wide variety of fabrics and prints and then allow you to customize the details of the sofa....how many pillows you want, the style of the legs, ect. ect. Both Brad and Michael were extremely helpful throughout the process and then the sofa was delivered and we could not fit it up our stairs! Brad worked with us to creatively come up with a way to get the sofa inside. We were thrilled with the customer service and would highly recommend them.

Very helpful staff, huge selection. Each couch is fully customizable - mine arrived on time, exactly as ordered. Very flexible delivery schedule.

I must admit that I had passed this store many times and never thought to try to make it pass that scary purple chair. I am so pleased that I found them here and went in since I was able to get the perfect sofa at a great price. I had looked all over for the color I wanted and couldn't find it anywhere else. Also, I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the prices were (cheaper than at Pottery Barn & Crate) and that the delivery was faster and less expensive. My sister also bought a sectional and ottoman here and had terrific experience so I had to write in something since the other review is not reflective of my shopping there...and I LOVE my couch! Thank you! I wish finding my kitchen and bedroom furniture was this nice.
