Good Painting, Iffy Follow-up. Renaissance painted our condo building two years ago. We had a great foreman and most residents were very happy with the quality of the work. We agreed to post a Renaissance sign on the building in exchange for them washing the building once a year. It's been two years and I'm still trying to schedule that washing..... Call me back Tony!…
