I am only giving one star because that is the lowest possible. Very poor quality work. I have a household steam cleaner but was looking for a professional job so I called Sparkling Carpets. After they finished, I put down a white towel and it immediately picked up dirt. The rug looked no different after the cleaning other than it was wet. I had them scheduled two days, one for our home and the next week for our apt. When I called to cancel the following apt. they asked why and I told them that I was very disappointed with the quality of the job. They said "ok, we have canceled your appointment next week". They didn't apologize or offer to redo the work or anything! I was shocked and truly disappointed. I would not recommend Sparkling Carpets to anyone! Avoid this company and go with someone who will stand behind their work.
Pros: I can't think of one
Cons: Poor work, Poor customer service
