Sparkling Carpets – They are so good.

You know this one day I was all alone and watching “Titanic” in my living room with my coke and a pizza. I was totally engrossed in the movie and my heart skipped a beat as the Titanic suddenly the Iceberg.

I jumped on my seat and the coke and pizza fell from hand. The cheese and coke was split on the carpet. I was sad as it was a new piece.

I tried to clean it my way but it just got worse. I removed it from the living room. It looked bare but I had no option.

Then a few weeks later my sister saw the condition of my room and she persuaded me to call Carpets Cleaner. I did not want to, thinking about the hassle but I phoned them up wishing that they do not respond.

But I was amazed they responded immediately. And what a good job they did with my carpet! The stains were removed completely and the carpet looked soft, the shine was back and my room smelled oranges.

Good experience with carpet cleaning

Sparkling Carpets – You know these kids, they are so naughty, they cross all limits of mischief and mine are just impossible. Can you believe it once they brought a kitten home and kept it in their room for three long days? They didn’t let me know about it. It was when my home started smelling, more because the kitten got sick. When I got to know the reason, I scolded them hard. But the damage had been done and their room had become so filthy, I did not even wish to go there. Then my husband got the address of Sparkling Carpets from google. They came and did an amazing job. The odor was gone and sprayed a wonderful fruity fragrance in the room. The room was looking so fresh and clean. I am so grateful to Sparkling for doing a mind blowing job.

Nice Cleaner

They did a great job on our carpets. It looks like new ! I was really impressed by how fast and thorough they were. I will definitely recommend their service.

Experienced in their job but not good in scheduling and not professional when working

I didn't know until one hour before my appointment if I have it or not!!!!????? I had spoken with their contact person and had the work order for 10:00-12:00 but there was a misunderstanding and I got an email at 04:30 that it has ot be confirmed with their technician. Then nobody was answering the phone when I tried to contact and double check, even when one person picked up the phone and told me that I should call back in 10 minutes to get an answer, he didn't pick up anymore and this made me really frustrated.

Then I was called at 09:00 to confirm what the problem was and I was told that I will be informed in one hour IF I will get the service that day, then I was called at 10:00 telling me that the technicians will be here between 11:00 and 12:00, this was not good scheduling. they were here at 11:45, 2 people. First I was told that I have got a wrong price, it will cost me 50$ more!!!! This was not good at all, but since I had already spent that much time and stayed at home I just said OK. One of them was experienced and the other no, he was only told what to do and how to do, this was not professional either. The experienced one stood and talked ALLOT which I didn't appreciate either and finally I had to go through every part of the couch and found allot of parts that were still not cleaned, this was when the experienced guy started working and he was really good, very skillful and experienced.

In total I would say my experience was not as good as I had read from other people, maybe I was just not luck but still it wasn't good service for me.

• Cons: Not professional, talkative, very bad scheduling and cost more than first estimate

I called AAA Sparkling carpets to clean my carpets and sofa. They sent their technician LUIS, who did a phenomenal job and very pleasant and curtious! Excellent performance ! !

They do repairing also besides carpet cleaning

Sparkling Carpets ? My pup Simba is just too naughty and now that his teeth are coming, he has caught the habit of cutting everything. And my carpet just became his victim. He tore the ends up. I had to remove it but then my friend, a sincere fan of Sparkling just raved about Sparkling. I gave her a challenge, can they fix my Carpet? And one fine day, she rang me up saying she had fixed my appointment with Sparkling. And what was nice that the charges were nominal for repairing the carpet. And they did an amazing job. My carpet looked like before cleaner and it had a shine which was nice to see. Thanks a ton to them

It really deserves *****

This Carpet Cleaner deserves FIVE STAR rating: My carpet is seventeen years old so I did not expect perfection, but their technician was very kind and worked very hard to clean the carpet. He used three machines: two rotary and one standard steam cleaning machines. He worked on the carpet for an hour and a half. He deserves five stars for his effort and the results he achieved, although I never had my carpet professionally cleaned. My only reservation is that some areas of the carpet took over a day to dry.

Fantastic job ! ! !

Sparkling Carpets ?Sparkling Carpets, wow, what service! They saved us from the high temper of our mom. Our Mom had gone to my uncle?s house for a few days and for a day we became Super Chefs and tried to bake a cake while watching T.V. But to our dismay some of the batter was spilled on the Carpet and we were panicky especially my brother. We ran to our PC and browsed through some Carpet Cleaning sites and we found Sparkling Carpets. We were so worried but Ken, from Sparkling, calmed us. They came and did a fine job. But these mothers, you know, how they come to know of your mistake. She returned and I don?t why she keenly observed the carpet and we got a good scolding. I asked my brother (who is a little more intelligent than me.)and he said ? ?Naturally, when the carpet is softer than before, sparkling clean and smelling like fresh oranges, anybody will make out that there?s something fishy?. Anyways thanks for Sparkling Carpets at least our carpets look like brand new. Thank you Sparkling Carpets, we love you.

Good job

I really appreciate Sparkling Carpets as carpet cleaners. Our kids had partied all night. at our home. The carpet were in a really bad shape, trashed !! with stains all over. I used one of those carpet cleaners from safeway, and did all I could but in vain.

Then my friend suggested Sparkling Carpets and when I saw their work, I was relieved. They were quick to respond and completed their work with thorough perfection leaving behind a lingering fragrance.
