It all started out nice as a gift from my wife for my birthday after she had reviewed this place as the #1 best sf massage on city search. This place is in a gated residential condo/loft above the industrial thug area in between 280 and 101 in SF. They have no sign or safe parking unless you drive a cheap car or accept to pay one of the homeless outside to watch it for you. I honestly did not feel safe so I had to cancel the appointment. As a result the owner charged in full not only for the time slot as some other places might, but for all services scheduled. So if this sounds like a good time to you go for it but I will stick with the extra fee and get pampered as you should in the spa's downtown. If you are use to a full body private massage at someones home this is for you. .

Cons: no safe way up to the location
