My previous experiences at this salon were amazing. I walked away loving my hair. This time, when I wanted to have the same thing done that was done before by the same stylist, it didn't happen. My cute cut became the cut of a socceer mom running for local political office. My amazing color became a head full of very blonde highlights that I never wanted. The blow dry was the worst I have ever had. If you go to this salon, be sure to go only for something new. Do not go back expecting to get the same thing you got before, you will be disappointed. How the exact same stylist could give me the best cut and color of my life and then, when all I want is to keep the same style and color, I got one of the worst cuts of my life is beyond me.
