Maureen put my mind at ease and was apparently very accostomed to dealing with frantic, disorganized passport-wanting people. She was fair, nice and very quick. She called me, as promised, left messages for me with her colleagues, when I was late and missed my appointment with her and she actually carried teh passport to my car, when I couldn't find parking! She did all of this with a smile; and although I am certain she doesn't give everyone this type of hand-holding, she made me feel at ease, when I was in a dire state. Their prices are competitive too. I did the research. This made the process of renewing my passport so easy, i would do it through them again, instead of mailing the documents in myself, to avoid any stress, in the future.
