Popped into Oola after 10 on a sunday night and were seated immediately and that was the highlight of our Oola experience. The service wasn't BAD, just really off. We had to ask the server several times to open our wine, tracking her down was nearly impossible while she only had two tables of 2 and 4 people. Our plates were never cleared (and we had a lot of plates) and we only saw a busser once, at the end of our meal. The food was ok and the cheeseplate was one of the better presentations/pairings I've enjoyed lately. For late night dining, especially on a Sunday when it can be hard to find an open place you want to eat at, Oola is a decent option. For regular dining out, however, I would stick to other more established spots.

Cons: Poor Service, Staff Attitude, Lacking Warmth
