i'm never going back. my brother and i took our parents there for a celebratory dinner and the service was terrible. they were inattientive and their heads were really not "in the game". when they finally brought us our missing cutlery after our food was sitting and getting cold, they decided that it was a good idea to reach across our plates (and our food) to place them. there was only one request that was not standard (no onion in the spinach salad) and they couldn't even get that right with no apologies given when it was all piled very conspicuously on the edge of the plate. for a party of four, they assumed an 18% gratuity when they originally stated that they could not add the tip when we asked. considering the service this was way more than they deserved & thier assumption of 18% was presumptuous to say the least. after all that, the food was just okay. i'm never going back.
