Incredible Problem Solving

I have a small-medium sized office, with ten PCs. We suddenly had an issue with our OS, which our own IT department could not resolve. Called several independent IT companies, but eventually settled on Blue Bay because of a referral by a business affiliate. Arrived promptly, worked on the problem until issues resolved. Was VERY straight forward with respect to descriping the problem and costs. Would highly recommend for small to large issues or projects. Was so happy with service that contracted with them for a complete system overhaul.
Pros: cost, efficiency, flexibility
