My very first pleasant experience at a dealership!

Just bought my 2009 Prius and couldn't be happier. Dealt with Cory ,the internet manager, who was very helpful with all my questions and little picky details. In the end all we had to do was go in and pick up the car. No hours of haggling and no last minute changes in the "fees." And they gave us the best price out of the 11 dealerships we checked. Great customer service !

Terrific Buying Experience!

First time in years I've felt really good about the DEAL and the DEALER! After turning down their trade offer, I walked out. The salesman, who had been courteous and helpful, called me with a better offer for my old car. I countered with an offer for the Prius i was shopping for, and the offer was accepted. Delivery was done in one hour, and the accessory satellite radio was installed 3 days later. As I live on Nob Hill, buying at Sacramento and Van Ness made the deal ideal. I recommend them wholeheartedly. And my new Prius is outstanding!

overall not bad

as far as car dealers go, they're probably as good as you'll find around here. i shopped around at three dealerships for a Prius and these guys were the most straightforward and offered the best deal in the end. i assumed they'd be more expensive since they're in the city but that wasn't the case at all.

Overall good service

I have used them for years for both Toyota vehicles. They accommodate me when I had problems with the car...even when I had an unexpected broken window.

My only complaint after all the services is that on my 75,000 mile checkup they failed to advise me that all 4 tires were bald - I had a flat tire on the freeway the week after service.

Generally honest & dependable

I have taken my cars there multiple time for repairs and maintenance.

The last time - at the 75,000 mile mile check-up - they failed to inform me that my tires were BALD!

I had a flat a week after the maintenance service and had to replace all 4 tires. If they really are looking at the car shouldn't they have noticed bald tires.....it makes me wonder if these periodic check-ups are worth the money!

• Pros: Convenient location
• Cons: I tried to buy a car here - not willing to negotiate - went elsewhere
