When booking services, make sure what you ask for is what you will get on the day of your appointment. I received a different body wrap from what I had requested and the manager was very rude in the way she handled the situation. However, Ennee and Reina were the best! I received a wonderful facial from Ennee and Reina was extremely friendly and great with the body wrap. My advice is that if you are unhappy with the service you received, try speaking to the staff and they will refer you to the right person to resolve the problem.
Pros: Ennee is a fabulous esthetician.
Cons: Terrible customer service
