New to Marin and need my Yoga!

I found Red Dragon Yoga here on citysearch and I am so happy. They are really nice and welcoming. I signed up after my first class. They have a huge selection of yoga clothes and i got a great yoga mat, made with out rubber.

Great vibes, experienced teachers, relaxed atmosphere. Huge selection of music and clothes.

I loved the fact that they have showers and their own parking lot in the back.

The studio had really easy parking, the cutest clothes as well as needed yoga accesories.The teachers were experienced and sincere. for anyone who hasn't tried yoga to the true yogi this is a wonderful place to practice.

Great CLASS!! How could you not try for $10?

I will be the first to admit, i never thought about doing yoga. My friend told me about this great deal for first timers at Red Dragon Yoga, $10 for 10 day, i couldn't refuse. I loved the heated studio, even though i didn't know what i was doing with my poses, the teacher was really helpful and showed me the way. I have been everyday for 3 days. IM HOOKED!! Just try it.

GO YOGA!!

Red Dragon Yoga rocks!! I found this yoga studio is dedicated to practicing Bikram method yoga. It was my first time trying the Bikram Yoga style and I LOVED IT!! It was a 90 minute class The heat warms the body and muscles which allows for maximum stretching...I was very surprised to see how flexible i am. Bikram Method Yoga is beneficial for weight loss, flexibility, balance, strength, muscle tone, improving concentration, breathing, circulation, and of course reduction of back pain. Try it yourself, you'll love it. The owners are also very nice and knowledgeable, I can?t wait to go back. They also have a clothing shop, with great yoga clothes and tons of different styles. Great music while you shop, im hooked.... You think??
