Ichiko was a delight to have as an aesthetician. Initially she is very consultative in asking about your history of skin concerns and treatments. The treatment bed she uses was one of the most comfortable beds I have experienced in the 15+ years of receiving facials. It is comfortably contoured covered with a warm blanket and sheets. I liked Ichiko asking me if I was interested in microdermabrasion or a glycolic peel before we got started with my facial. Many times I have been to other astheticians that ask me right in the middle of a treatment, or they recommend an upgraded peel that tacks on another $15-50 which I feel is somewhat manipulative when your in the midst of relaxing. She had great hand pressure in extractions and also had great massage techniques for my face and hands. She had mentioned she specialized in acne prone skin treatments in which I would completely put her as a top asthetician to consult and work with to attain definite results.

Pros: Great skill with facials

I originally came to Relaxe Skin Care simply for an eyelash perm (very few places offer this service). Given my lifelong battle with acne, I was pleasantly surprised to find Ichiko is also a very knowledgable aesthetician. I have gone to Ichiko for facials as well as eyelash perms for maybe 2 years now. Ichiko is always professional and she provides a very relaxing atmosphere. Ichiko also carries a great line of products, she is not pushy in any way, but she has recommended products to me, and every one I have used has helped my skin improve. My skin has never looked better!

Relaxe is fabulous! My god-sister and I went here on impulse and came out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! Thank you! Ichiko (sorry, if I am misspelling your name!!) is beautiful inside and out! She tailored out facials to our own unique skin type. Can't say enough about our great experience. I've had facials at 5-star resort spas and this tiny place in the Marina far out performed those more expensive places. We will be back!

I wasn't having any luck with dermatologist prescribed treatment and came to Ichiko as a last resort. A year later my acne is gone! I am so happy with the results and treatment that I received at Relaxe, I would recommend Relaxe to everyone, I have gone to other spas and sought other treatments but it wasn't until I found Relaxe that I was able to get results. Thanks!

It has been 3 months since I went to Ichiko for an Acne Facial. My face used to have a lot of acne but now it has almost completely cleared up. Until now, I've tried many different products with no luck, so I'm very happy now! I believe Ichiko has a lot of knowledge about skin and the products used to treat skin, a true skincare professional! If you are reading this and having acne or other skin related problems, I highly recommend you go see Ichiko at Relaxe Skincare and consult with her!

Cons: Didn't find her sooner!

I found Relaxe Skincare while searching for a place that does acne treatments near my home. The previous place I had been to was in a nice place but was very pushy and did not seem to know what they were talking about. Relaxe Skincare is a very clean, cozy atmosphere and Ichiko is very friendly and knowledgeable. She recommended a product to me and I've only been using it for about a month now and my acne has almost cleared up! Ichiko was suprised as well when I returned at how quickly my face cleared up. I am so happy! I would not hesitate to recommend Relaxe Skincare to all of my friends. I will see you soon Ichiko!

Relaxe Skin Care is a great place to go when you want to pamper yourself. It's very cozy, very clean, and a very relaxing place. Ichiko has great skills and is super nice. I've only visited once but I can't wait to go back!
