Still delicious, but way too trendy

There's no question that the food here is some of the best in The City. It's innovative and delicious. I can't get enough of the grapefruit and jicama salad, the shaking beef, the imperial rolls... everything is flavorful and unique. But the place has become too trendy for its own good. There's a DJ playing during dinner, for god sakes. What is this, L.A.? Yes, I love the waterfront view and the food. But the insane crowds, the difficulty getting reservations and the overly trendy scene makes one question the effort.
