I love the vinyasa classes that they have here. My favorite teachers are Janet Stone, Rusty Wells, and Les Leventhal. The classes are challenging and you feel so good afterwards physically and spiritually. The space is beautiful and I love that the classes are heated. Although there is not a shower, it can be overcrowded, and it is a bit pricey, this is the only place where I feel I can get a challenging vinyasa class where I will sweat my butt off and feel spiritually fulfilled at the same time.

Pros: great vinyasa classes and teachers

Cons: pricey, no showers, can be overly crowded

If you want to sweat and get a good work out, this your place. Most people who come here are looking for an "alternative" non-gym workout. Here, you'll definitely feel like you worked your butt off. Unfortunately, it is a bit of a yuppie hippie scene where spirituality has been reduced to a contrived "om."

I've gone to Yoga Flow and other Yoga Tree branches countleess times, and I have to admit, I'm not a big fan, and have stopped going. I actually think that most of the teachers are great, but I don't enjoy many of the classes, which seem to focus more on a superficial workout than on actual yoga. Many of the classes are just too crowded. Sometimes I feel like I'm at a dance tryout (a la Fame) because there's such a scene. I think Yoga Tree lost something when it stopped being a yoga studio and started being a franchise.

This space is fantastic! So open and filled with light. This studio has amazing teachers. My favorites are Stephanie Snyder and Christopher Love. I can't stand a week w/o 3-4 classes from them. Just amazing teaching and spiritual guidance. I leave happy, centered and sweaty.
