Well-known as the masterminds behind the Cowgirl Creamery line of cheeses, owners Sue Conley and Peggy Smith's retail store features nearly 200 hand-picked international varieties, as well as many exclusive U.S. farmstead cheeses. Star selections include their own prize-winning Red Hawk, Neal's Yard Cheddar and Cheshire, barrel-aged Mt. Vikos feta and Spanish Garrotxa. Also on hand are chutneys, capers, olives, salad greens, books, cheeseboards and shirts and hats with the jaunty Cowgirl logo.
