I simply called for and estimate over the phone. The receptionist, a man, kept pressing for a techinician to come to my property. I repeated myself 4 times that I just wanted an estimate over the phone. He then hung up on me.

On a Saturday afternoon, I could not reach the company that installed my garage door opener, so I called A Plus. Even though Hamid was on his way out the door, he took my call and came over to replace a broken spring. While here, he gave extra attention to parts of my system that needed fine tuning. I give this company an excellent recommendation.
