High Quality Teak furniture , highly reccomended

I bought a furniture set from essencia design and some from other store last year. After using it more than a year now , I can really see that the teak furniture that I bought from Essencia Design has a better quality in construction and their wood itself.

The teak furniture that I bought from other stores that is cheaper have already start to mildew (black spot) and crack.
