Best Lawyer in SF and Bay Area

by NatBurch

Martin Lawler is an expert. Martin, together with his team does an excellent job in a very professional manner. He helped me and my sister?s family with our immigration cases. There were no lawyers in SF and Bay Area who wanted to help me with my extremely difficult immigration law suit. Martin Lawler DID IT with the successful outcome!!! I highly recommend all who seek legal advice and help to contract with Martin Lawler and his firm.

Great Lawyer for Selfsponsored Greencard Applications

by smuenos

I used the law firm Lawler&Lawler for my Greencard application. Before starting the process, Martin Lawler looked at my case and gave me a detailed overview on what the process would entail and what the costs would be. Martin and his para legals then did a great job in helping me to put together a strong package with all the needed documentation to withstand every question the USCIS might possibly have. Questions I had during this time were always answered within a short amount of time and I was constantly kept informed about the progress made. I was impressed by their professionalism and the outstanding quality of their services and recommend Lawler&Lawler to evrerybody who asks me for a good immigration lawyer.

Outstanding Immigration Law Firm

by lauralwhite

I have used the Lawler & Lawler firm since 1998 for all our immigration needs from startup to thriving business. They have secured all our visas and green cards (mostly H1s and O1s) in short order and very efficiently. Martin has been able to use his extensive network of contacts to solve immigration problems that we thought were hopeless, even during weekends and holidays when the need arose. This firm puts their clients needs first and foremost and are experts in the ever changing immigration law field. I highly recommend this firm and would rate them higher than 5 stars if I could.

  • Pros: Creative, Sincere, Honest, Highest Ethics, Reliable

Worst Lawyer ever met, trap you with unfair contract and take your money , but do nothing and delay your case forever!!!

by salestaricher

Here's how he does his trap. He asks you to sign a contract looks favor to you,

1. if case finally gets denied, you get full refund of atterney fee

2. If in the middle of the case prepare, you fail to provide proper document or you decide to change to another lawyer, you have to pay full amount of atterney fee to him.

Then in my green card process, he asked for 100% perfect documentation. If there was 0.1% flaw, he would not file it. He just held the case and kept asking perfect document. The result is , it took him 10 monthes preparing application for my I140. What a joke? And he never took the phone call and ignored email. Finally I can't wait him any more and transferred my case to another lawyer, who made my I140 filed in 1 week. Of course, according to Martin's contract, he took all the money even though he didn't file 140 and 485, not only atterney fee, but USCIS filing fee. Everyone can make 100% perfect case approved in USCIS, why need him? Such a greedy and very mean lawyer.

Look Elsewhere Immediately

by hoxton

Firm relies heavily on paralegal who not only gives incorrect information but her work is sloppy. You'll be forever correcting mistakes she makes on your application forms. I'm referring to the spelling of your name, your address, matching the right zip codes with your work address/home address. Small stuff but evidently she isn't paying attention. Worse than all this is the advice she is authorized to give, it's just plain wrong. Generally firm has poor bedside manner which, in an emotionally driven practice, can be very unhelpful and detrimental to the relationship you are trying to build with your attorney. Have used this firm once and wouldn't touch them again.
