Very Rude Receptionist.......I guess they don't want more clients

I called today to schedule an appointment since I was going to be in the area and the receptionist said something I never thought could come out of a business's mouth. I wanted to schedule an appointment for a massage and they said they don't need anymore business and they didn't want anymore clients. After they said that, they just hung up the phone before I could speak...
Pros: I was hung up on
Cons: I couldn't even schedule an appointment
