I heard about FCC through a friend of mine. I moved out here from the East Coast and have had back luck for the most part with mechanics so I always like to go off of referals. Earlier today I was involved with a minor fender bender. I called and spoke with Adam stating my current situation. I am up in SF for over a month and not sure what to do. Instead of just hanging up the phone. I was still treated like a potential customer. After going over different outcomes with me, he even mentioned a few places in the city of SF to get an estimate taking care. I am was very happy to know that Adam still was generous enough to take the time speak with me. I could only think that if he did that with me he is a good sound business man Thanks Adam. I will take your advise soundly.

They were very helpful with the insurance company and I'm generally happy with the whole experience except for getting into an accident. They also Diamond Certified.
