Delicious dimsum - heart of downtown San Mateo. Great service (i.e. tea pot constantly refilled, dishes cleared as soon as they were empty, service with a smile from all the waitresses) and creative seafood/vegetarian dim sum options. Being a SF native, will have to admit having a hard time thinking of a dim sum restaurant in SF which can match on service AND food quality consistently. Conversely, dishes can be on the pricier side, but it's been a long time since this gal has had this enjoyable of an experience where service and quality are on par together.…
