I received poor customer service @ the new Best Buy on Geary, don't waste your time shopping there! After taking an hour for a guy named Mark to check my computer in for repairs to the Geek Squad, he promised it would be ready four days later. After not receiving a call from Best Buy on the date promised, I call them to check on my computer's status. First the guy tells me he has to call me back because he doesn't have the right keys to the vault. An hour and a half later and no returned phone call I call back again. This Best Buy employee tells me they have not even started working on my computer! I cannot believe these people! 4 days later and an additional $130 to my warrenty costs and I still don't have a working computer and will have to wait 3-5 more days before it's finished! Don't waste your time or energy shopping here!
