Normal people get into great shape here

After my second child was born, I really needed to get some help to get into shape. I got back into shape, and then more...I am even healthier than I've ever been. Everyone tells me I look fantastic, and I also feel great. The trainers here are caring, smart, and dedicated. The facility is spacious but not so huge that you feel like part of a people mill. Nice locker room with great showers, orchid flowers, nice shampoos, etc. I have found the whole experience really wonderful.
