The furniture is affordable but if you CANNOT take your pieces home with you today - I would walk away. I've had pretty bad experiences with furniture dealers in the past and yes, furniture delivery is NOTORIOUS for being late but Rococo Harmony left me completely flabbergasted. You would think that with such poor delivery times, customer service would be at the very least, par. Think again. Never once did we receive a call from our sales rep. So I took it upon myself to visit the store at least 4 times within the last NINE MONTHS - to no avail, I am left without my furniture pieces and have found other means. Do NOT purchase any items that you intended to get delivered because it just won't happen.
