I have written ad nauseam about how bad this experience was. I have no more energy to elaborate. Trust in the fact that if you use Apple, it will be the worst move you have ever had. Ugh!!!!
Pros: late, rude, liars
Cons: scam, ripoff, worst ever

Okay, so how to get from San Fran to New York and start a new job in less than 3 days? Welcome to my life. These guys at Apple were nice, helpful and worked really fast. I'm now in NY and lovin' life. Call these guys and you won't be disappointed!

his has been a great experience working with apple movers,they did everything as promised i was impressed with the level of customer service.

First they were an 1 1/2 hours late. Out of the 4 guys, one had a bad attitude and got into a fight with the others and had to be sent home. One guy did not speak one word of English and had never done this work before so he was USELESS. They could not fit everything into the truck (just a 2 bedroom apartment full of furniture) so they left stuff behind. They offered to go back and get the stuff on another day for their regular fee. BIG DEAL! They should have done it for FREE seeing how they took 5 hours longer than anyone has ever taken to move us. We have moved 6 times across the country in the last 7-8 years and NEVER had such a bad experience. The owner was rude when I complained. Use someone else, please!
