Watch Out for those...... I have stayed at this hotel many times on a last minute trip to europe and asia and the nigguh ( the other blacks) check in staff, they are rude and obnoxious. They cant just check you in/out easy and hassle free, always have that nigguh ghetto attitude. also, just in FYI..... I have asked for any restaurant recommendation within the area and they alwasy refer me to that italian restaurant, (scala, i think) the hotel restaurant, as if its the only restaurant in the area. That restaurant is now closed but still refer me to the other inhouse restaurants. sale, sale, sale.

They have a free shuttle bus TO/FROM the airport that runs every 15 mins.…

great service. We conducted a donor brunch in this hotel last June. The food was very tasty and the customer service was exceptional. There was a problem about the machine that validates the parking ticket at that time, so instead of paying, they decided to open up the parking lot for us, so we all parked for free!: )…
