Good Value

This is the best Japanese restaurant in Japantown, perhaps San Francisco. The sushi is fresh, pristine and much better than Edibsu. Service is the weak spot here...but overall a pleasant dining experience.

Good quality low price

The lunch specials, which change daily, were only about $9 and came with a main entree, 4 small Japanese side dishes, miso soup, bowl of rice, and 8 pieces of fresh sushi (maguro, ebi, etc). My mom and are Japanese and we've eaten at many places and we agree that this is one of the best deals you can get for the buck. Best place in Japantown.

Excellent

Great authentic Japanese food, actually reminds me of being in Kansai much more than any other place I've been in the US. Dinner special was large and incredibly good value.
