Have had 2 recent moves with them. They were on time, friendly, and professional. I was dreading moving a large couch but they handled with no damage to the couch or the stairwell. Would definitely use them again.

A friend of mine who used them recommended to me. I used them just last week and already recommended them to my friends and the people who are going to rent our old apartment. They were quick and incredible getting our huge awkward couch pulled up through our 3rd floor window. They were quick and careful and gave me free boxes to put my hanging clothes on. Yay.

I have issues when it comes to requesting business services... Movers, cell phone providers, locksmiths, iinsurance companies, dentists, mechanics, the list goes on. I never feel that I've done enough research and I end up with anxiety about the potential of being overcharged and feeling had. It's a sad story I know. Oh, you know it? I'm afraid of paperwork, phone tag, getting the run around and miscommunication. These things waste my time and I already waste enough of it with my curious daydreaming habit. So "Yes!" to Angela!! I called her up, I told her what I needed, we picked a time. By the way, Angela was very helpful, she taught me what I needed to know to speed things up to save me headache and MONEY. The movers showed up early with a nice fellows, they worked quickly and he only made me sign my name once on a single piece of paper. Then it was done and I had the rest of the day available for day dreaming. I already have plans to use their services again.

2 months ago, I called prior a week for my warehouse to be relocated. They came to give me an estimate and a week later, 8 men and 2 trucks showed up - moved everything less than a day. The move was great. Men were amazingly fast and did what they promised. I wouldn't use anyone else for my next move.

I know moving can never be stressfree-but they sure made it simple. Zhang's gave me confidence in using movers. They were very effecient , never wasted a second- not even to eat, were creative in getting my sofa in, wrap my couch and mattress and took great care of my stuff, tv, beds, etc.....I would 100% use them again! One good thing I like about them is that they were careful and the phone lady explain all the details and asked the right questions. Why would anybody not like them? They are SUPER!

For anyone moving within the city, I would definitely recommend using Zhang's Moving. Their rates are extremely competitive and unlike other who have hidden fees, they don't. Other moving companies take their time, Zhang moved quickly and completed the job in no time - with just 2 people. They arrived a little earlier than expected, because they have finished up the first customers, but they called me before coming, which is good. They are extremely courteous and nice guys all around. I give them 11 points!

overall good service. the movers came on time and went right on wrapping my furnitures with plastic and paddings. they quickly helped me packed my books into the boxes. i saw them neatly packed my wifes shoes. i'm embrrassed that my house is very messy, i'm surprised that they never complained or show any weird faces. they were very nice to talk to and they listen to what i have to say. when they arrived to my new house, they put paddings on my new hardwood floors. all my items were neatly unpacked and placed where i wanted it to be. at the end i saw them very exhausted so i gave them tips. i am surprised that they didn't ask for more like the last company i hired. overall, they were a very reliable moving company. they made me feel very comfortable and it was very easy to talk to them. i never had to hestiate to talk to them whenever i want them to do something. they will be my first company to call whenever i want to move again.

A perfectly organized day for me. They arrived just on-time. Men were uniformed and amazingly efficient, well-manner, and kind. Service was great, very organizably neat and boxes were packed and labeled. Furnitures were wrapped with strong clear plastics and quilted paddings. I was little worried about my antique table and wine caginet, but they done a great job. I have to say Wow! They roared up my 800lbs, very delicate, old marble table up 40 steps from the hill and into my home. Not only that, they offered and installed my beds, cabinets, washer dryer, and put up the curtains for me. When I saw them sweating profusely, I offered them to take a break to have some pizza and water, they said thank you and just stuff the pizza into their mouth and continue on to work. I've never seen people work so hard like them before. Best of all, the rate was reasonably low comparing to others on movers ads in the yellowpages. I am very please with this company.

Pros: Great experience overall.

Cons: One mover don't speak English very well.

I have used these people three times over the last five years. The 1st time was exceptional. The workers were well trained and you can tell they had a lot of experience. Move was done quickly and professionally. The 2nd time, things were still good but they got a bit more careless. I was surprised when the they asked for a tip before I got to it. The 3rd time was 10 days ago and it was a disaster! I was moving out of my house and the buyer was moving into my house on the same day. We decided to use the same mover to ease the coordination. Instead of doing the move-out first, they decided to do the move-in first despite my repeated request prior to the move to do the move-out first. This turned out to be confusing and extended the move time considerably. The movers also did not know about the 2nd move till they called the office. The movers were obviously not nearly as experienced. Most of my things were going into storage - so I requested them to shrimp wrap everything (wrap is paid by me) especially my fabric sofa. They either gave me some excuse or simply said yes but did nothing. In the end, many items were not wrapped and got scratched or left unwrapped to gather dust in storage. They did not look strong physically and looked quite tired towards the end of the move. When I pointed out some the furniture were dinged, the worker said nothing. They asked for a tip. I gave them $1300 for a $1185 move and he said it was too little - so I gave $1400. Days later, I noticed a big fracture on top of my tall dresser towards the back. I was too short to see it before but I am fairly sure that these guys were not. When I called the office, they said sorry. When I asked for insurance, she said it is 60 cents/pound or replacement value whichever is lesser which means I am getting peanuts from insurance for a large piece out of my $5000 bedroom set. Office called and ask for photo for damage. I will update this review with the final outcome.

Nice phone lady, very helpful, warm, and pleasant to talk to. The guys were great. Cool, strong, tall, and young looking men. They were very professional, fast, and nice. The whole move went great. Nothing is broken. My hardwood floor still in great shape. They use cardboard boxes to protect the flooring, very nice. Great Job and thanks. JPerez moved on 9/8/06
