I wish doctors would realize how important the front desk is for their business. It's amazing that this skilled and friendly doctor has any kind of practice at all given her rude and incompetent front desk staff. If I could find a better dermatologist in the city I'd jump ship in a second - these women are that close to driving me away.
Pros: Great doctor

Dr. Epstein is extremely friendly; she was recommended to me by my esthetician. The only downside to the office is that the receptionists are unfriendly and unprofessional. One picked up the phone AFTER I walked up to the desk with my paperwork filled out. No smile or anything. She finally looked up after about a minute with a questioning look, and was abrupt in her manner; it made me feel as though I was inconviencing her. The front desk staff needs to be trained on proper customer service. Other than that, my visit was pleasant.
Pros: Great doctor, great location
Cons: parking, rude front desk staff
